Your business
What do you do, who are your customers, and what would you like to change?
Studio Discovery

Before we talk
You do not need a finished brief. These are useful starting points.
What do you do, who are your customers, and what would you like to change?
Which website, apps, or documents do you use for inquiries, bookings, and client work?
Which task takes too long, which step gets missed, or which idea needs a clearer plan?
Optional: a place to begin
Four short questions, one at a time. They help you gather your thoughts before a call. Nothing is sent. You can copy the summary and bring it with you, or skip this and book directly.
Your notes for a conversation
Nothing has been sent. Copy this and bring it to your Studio Discovery call, or book without it.
This guide runs only in your browser. There is no form service, storage, or automatic submission. The booking link opens Cal.com separately and does not carry these answers with it.
No. A question, a frustration, or an idea is enough to start. Discovery is a place to make the situation clearer.
A website may be part of it. We also look at inquiries, bookings, documents, payments, and the steps that connect them.
The booking links open our Studio Discovery scheduling page on Cal.com. Choose an available conversation time there.
Does this sound familiar
Most service businesses run on a mix of tools, documents, and memory. It works until it gets busy.
Leads and client check-ins depend on you remembering. When a week gets busy, some of them slip.
Sending, reminding, and reconciling payments is a manual job that happens after the real work.
Proposals, agreements, and notes sit across email, drives, and chat. Finding the current version takes longer than it should.
Each tool does its job. None of them know about each other, so you carry the information between them.
The steps between inquiry and delivery repeat for every client, and most of them are done by hand.
The business runs because you know how it runs. That makes it hard to hand anything off.
Not every business has every one of these. Usually one or two cost the most. That is where a foundation starts.
Connected systems
This is the kind of system we design for a business. Each piece hands off to the next, so what a client tells you once follows them through the whole relationship.
A clear route from your website or a referral to your inbox.
A time gets chosen on a calendar you control.
Scope and price written up from the conversation.
Terms confirmed before work begins.
Invoices tied to the agreed milestones.
Work, reviews, and files kept in one place.
A check-in that happens because the system prompts it, not because you remembered.
Your version may need only three of these pieces, and some may stay in tools you already use. The point is that they behave like one system. This is the type of system we design, not a list of features you have to buy.
Studio Foundation
Studio Foundation is how we work with you. It starts with the Foundation Map, a diagnostic that brings your documents, tools, and loose ideas into one clear picture. The Map answers four questions:
Your website, tools, documents, and the way clients actually move through your business, laid out in one picture.
The gaps that cause the friction: an inquiry with nowhere to go, a payment with no link to the agreement, a step that only works when you do it.
Practical opportunities matched to your workflow, your capacity, and the tools you are ready to run. Sometimes a small product or capability. Sometimes a platform you already pay for, set up properly.
A sequence, not a wish list. Each layer is tied to a real need, so you know what to do next and what can wait.
How it works
We take the time to understand where you are, what is getting in the way, and which opportunities deserve attention first.
A call about your business: what you offer, the tools and documents you use, where the friction is, and what you would like to be easier.
A written diagnostic built from what we learn together: where the business stands today, findings backed by evidence, recommendations tied to those findings, the risks and constraints that matter, and what should happen first.
A separate commercial step, based on the Foundation Map recommendations: what we would build, the scope, pricing, and payment terms. The decision is yours.
Build comes later. Once a Proposal is accepted and the agreement is in place, the work moves into delivery.
